Robert
(Bob) Schramm - Bob has over four decades of experience in Washington D.C. He oversees work where domestic and international government policies impact the business of the firm's clients. His activities include legislative and regulatory matters. He came to Washington to work for U.S. Senator Herman E. Talmadge (D-GA) who served on the Senate Committees on Agriculture and Finance as well as the Joint-Economic Committee. Following his tenure on Capitol Hill, Bob was involved in agri-business for Tenneco Inc. and the Superior Oil Company and affiliates. In 1984, Bob founded Schramm, Williams & Associates, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and a law degree from the University of Georgia.
Nancy
Williams - Nancy has more than 30 years of experience in
Washington, D.C. Nancy focuses on: sanitary and phytosanitary matters for specialty crops;
issues affecting water supplies for California agriculture; the federal budget process and annual appropriations; natural resources; energy
issues impacting agriculture; federal commodity programs; food safety issues; and others. Nancy's government
experience includes service as majority counsel to the House Energy and Commerce's Subcommittee on Energy and Power, as well as in the General Counsel's office for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the Department of Energy. Nancy holds undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Denver.
